María Luisa Santa María
María Luisa graduated as a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in 2000. She has a master's degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law - Chicago, Illinois, USA (2003).

María Luisa provides advice to national and foreign clients for the protection of their industrial property rights, including the development and management of their trademark portfolios and their representation in opposition proceedings and prior extrajudicial mediation, constitution of liens and negotiation of licenses and assignment agreements.

Before devoting entirely to industrial property, she practiced in other areas of commercial law, as well as administrative law, both in the private and public sectors. This experience allowed her to acquire a comprehensive and dynamic vision of the different aspects and contingencies that can be connected to each case. She worships excellence, but always accompanied by a permanent effort to provide the client with a practical and strategic advice.

Having studied and worked abroad, she has cultivated a cosmopolitan approach, and she especially enjoys the possibility of interacting with colleagues from other countries, and knowing the particularities of their markets.
