Ricardo is a lawyer graduated from University of Buenos Aires, Patent and Trademark Agent. He completed a summer course (Intellectual Property Summer Institute, IPSI) at Franklin Pierce Law Center, UNH School of Law in 1996.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF, after its initials in Spanish), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (AAAPI).
Ricardo has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property and advises clients from various industries in the protection of their intangible assets and in the development, expansion and protection of their trademark portfolios with extensive experience in the area of celebrity branding, in which he advises renowned national and international artists.
He considers that team work is fundamental at the moment of correctly and creatively advising clients and for the growth of all the people that make up the great work team, which he is proud to belong to.
He takes part in congresses and events related to his area of practice, actively contributes to various working committees of different local and international organizations and enjoys teaching classes in different academic areas.
He really enjoys his family and friends. He is passionate about drawing and creating abstract and surreal art, visiting museums and art shows, listening to music, reading, traveling and watching good football and rugby, his favorite sports.
